I'd say Wolf's Rain...oh and you haven't seen Chrno Crusade yet so maybe that one as well. Also Rainbow, but I'm not sure if that one matches your taste, even though it's one of the best dramas out there imo.

Despite our high compatibility.. It feels like we share little to nothing of the same taste.  -_- I'll give it a shot though

Kaichou wa Maid-sama!
Hanasaku Iroha

2nd'an the Iroha
+ ergo proxy, full metal panic, gankutsuou, genius party, honey & clover

maidsama seems like something i'd enjoy, and its been in my backlog for quite some time as well, thanks for reminding me
some peeps who share my taste for the most part said that iroha isnt worth my time. what makes it a great anime in your opinion?

wolfs rain looks pretty good, thanks
not sure why you'd rec cc to me, it never really piqued my interest. why do you think i'd enjoy it?
watched some eps of rainbow at one point, i should get to it again

was thinking about ergo proxy as well, for quite some time actually, but everytime i was about to watch it i somehow ended up watching something else instead. soon™
dont know why i never watched fmp, its pretty popular and all. ill get to it eventually
gankutsuou does look great, i wonder why its rarely mentioned
unsure about genius party, but i really want to watch it. ill make it my new long-time project
h/c was the thing i thought about before asking for recs here, it seems like my type of anime. ill start with that

thanks for all the recs, most of them should be pretty enjoyable. given my current watching speed (about 20 eps per week, half of which are seasonals) these should occupy me for months

It's cute and pretty funny and the heroine is certainly adorable but like most other shoujos it suffers from slow relationship development as hell.
Still probably one of my favourite ongoing shoujo mangas and the anime is quite good too.

Prepare yourself of sometimes only having one "sort-of-lovey dovey" moment in the end of each episode/chapter and the heroine masking her feelings with insults 99% of the time. That gets better later on though. Obviously.
The anime ends about halfway through the manga and there probably won't be a season 2. Watch the anime and check out the manga version if you enjoyed it or go with the latter from the start.
The second half of the manga might have pretty slow story development, but the heroine's cute blush makes up for it and then some

Just wanted to say Fate/stay night is really great as my first anime even though parts of the story could get confusing. Mostly due to how they tried to make it over-complicated in some parts, imo.
Really loved it. Spoiler though: i was extremely sad and still am at the ending. Although that just shows how attached i got to the characters ^_^

Hope this is the right place to post it.

Iroha has good flow and believable drama. Simply feels more real then most shows. The relationship side of it is slow as said above but considering the circumstances the main character is in.. It would seem unnatural if the two got together quickly.
IMO though.. watch maid-sama first. One of my favorite romantic comedies. That is just my biased side speaking though
Also second Ergo Proxy.. been a while since I saw that. May need to rewatch it myself

Hyakka Ryouran Samurai Girls
Ikkitousen
Ichiban Ushiro no Daimaou
All the very ecchi action shows I can think of right now. I'll come up with something in the romantic comedy section that is similar to Toradora later :P

Then you might watch the movie as well :D Unlimited Blade Works
Even though it wasn't that good.
