sounds legit to me, ultear dies (i hope shes not dead.. i like her), but gives everyone one minute of the future. Not stupidly overpowered, sounds right on the money to me.

it's kind of disappointing how weak future rogue is if natsu can beat him 1v1 (even though he did have atlas flames on his side, rogue is dual DS and dragon force)

well technically rogue not really that much stronger then natsu, they both have duel dragon powers, only difference is that natsu got to eat before and during the fight and he didn't.
