How do you know, she could've practiced and even learned bankai, they've left her out alot to obviously get good at something else

meh, shes never really had a fight before except vs kira and hitsugaya. She was doin pretty good vs Kira atleast Who knows? she could be awesome for a vice captain. She has to be atleast somewhat good to make it to vice captain.

But Hinamori really hasnt even shown her shikai yet, you cant say she sucks or not because she's never been in a fight without someone who wouldn't spare her
