sasuke wants to kill kakashi for several reasons kakashi is a thorn in sasukes side that he wants to be rid of

1. kakashi posses the "will of fire" and a shargian sasuke hates the leaf and the will of fire and he is mad this man is using his clans power
2. he wants to kill his teacher to help cut his ties to the village he hates so much
3. he still respects kakashi and wants to kill him proving he has surpassed his teacher and is above him
4. i think its a good plot development and another hard ship for naruto to get over naruto is supposed to change the ninja world with h is views and forgives uniting all nations with true peace, and it will be neat to see how naruto handles who he considers his best friend killing one of the few adults he views as a father figure
