Ise is the Shunsui's vice captain atm, and Okikiba was Yamamoto's 3rd seat.

That was me. ^^ I got this feeling he is one. Just for that reason above He would of fought and died fighting Juha Bach. There would be no way in hell he'd let him go to Aizen which is why i'm confused he's still alive. He must be up to something imo.

Not really I checked the chapter where he first met Yachiru and he didn't say anything of the sort.

the reason these guys speculated that is because having a OP captain who doesnt remember shit, doesn't make sense. Captain class shinigami dont just appear outside of the soul society, there is a implication that something happened to zaraki, the current most popular of these speculations is that he lost his memory. Which i utterly agree with.

i see i see, well shunsui said that he might not see nanao-chan again, so i was like wait who the hell is this other guy now.
I think Aizen got into the mind of the 3rd seat, considering it was his job watch him, it could be possibly. We saw what Aizen was capable of when Juhabach just went to talk to him. Intersting really.

He said that as in, he didn't know if the Cental 46 would allow him to have 2 vice captains. And he wanted Okikiba as his vice probably to honor Yamamoto most likely.
That could be true, which would explain why he's not died, or didn't try and stop Juha Bach.

you never know, Kyouraku might still interrogate the 3rd seat. what better place to exploit a fellow shinigami, then as vice captain.

Thats true. I wonder who will take his squad over? Renji nor Ikkaku would take that seat that have to much respect for there captains to leave. They might be force to take the seat though?

I kinda hope they just bring up some random seat member up to take over so we get another new character brought to us.
