next part seen is ichigo flying around and about to rescue rukia, with ukitake and byakuya standing there, of which ukitake says specifically that his reitsu is that of a captains, and that was in shinkai form before he learned bankai.
next is against byakuya, where he does almost keep up with byakuya's bankai in only his shinkai form. and last i checked, byakuya was registered as one of the top captains.
granted, aizen is obviously more powerful than the average captain, but i think it's pretty obviously that ichigo could rape the normal captain. if anything, he could keep up with normal captains bankai's in his shinkai form. so which captain besides aizen would ichigo have trouble with? the rest of them we can't really tell since we haven't really seen anyones full extents except for byakuya, soi fon, zaraki, tousin, hitsugaya, komamoru,and mayuri. i think it's safe to say that ichigo can beat any one of these pretty easilly, since zaraki beat both tousin and komamoru at the same time, and ichigo beat zaraki. soi fon and mayuri can't be directly associated with him being they haven't faced him yet (not counting ep181 since he wasn't trying ofc), but i think we can register as ichigo is stronger than uyuu, who beat mayuri, and it would be up in the air again'st soi fon until ichigo hits hollow.
tl;dr
The Big Prob with Bleach is that we Cant set up the power of anyone....
Ichigo is able to stop the blade (sorry i did know how to spell Zenpanto???) who worth 1 millions blade in power with his own Blade, then he break the thing in Wood and beat 3 lieutenants in 3 hits without his sword, Then he Win the battle against byakuya with some injury... he also won again Kenpachi ( the 11e captain) with some severe injury... The Captain havent trainned at all, but ichigo did and he also became a Vizard.. but even with his Hollow form he hardly won against the Espada #6..
Kenpachi "easily" Won Against the #5 and Byakuya Easily win against the espada #7...

he beat kenpachi without his shikai/Bankai/Hollow Form....
It is another example of the Prob.. he was To strong To fast...
