Looking for an anime about a super-human, or non human (With some sort of special abilities) living among people

(Anyone says x-men i will personally fly to your house and kick you in the balls)

Durarara!! - Probably the closest you will get
Black Lagoon - Not really super human but some people have above normal abilities
Densetsu no Yuusha no Densetsu - Main character hides his true powers
Chrome Shelled Regios - Main character also tries to hide his true powers
Both of the last two are more of a fantasy setting where other people do have abilities.. but nothing like the main characters. Hard to get anything real similar to Trigun

o.o how is ergo proxy looks dark and emo

Saw parts of that, just couldnt get into it at all.

What are the last two about?

It's dark.. Not that emo I liked it quite a bit. Some of the characters though mainly the main character looks emo as hell but she is almost anything but emo



Gotta watch it from the start. Not a whole lot of action in the beginning though

Try giving them a watch. Both of the beginnings may just suck you into watching them

Hey how's the Ghost in the shell series?

also what is the order of it since i know there's the series but there are also a few movies so i dunno if the movies are in between the series or after or completely separate from it and can be watched whenever?

any of the summer animes worth watching? I've been holding off on them till they finished airing.

The first GITS movie has nothing to do with the TV series. GITS 2: Innocence although is suppose to be stand alone similar to the first movie but the story line is after what happens in the TV series. You technically don't need to watch the TV series to understand it but it does help. I would go in this order.. GITS 1st movie, GITS: Stand Alone complex, GITS Stand Alone Complex 2nd GIG, GITS 2 Innocence and GITS Stand Alone Complex- Solid State Society. The last two don't exactly matter what order you see them in. There is also a lot of other specials but I haven't seen any of them.. Don't think the majority of them add anything to what you had already seen.

Ghost in the Shell is a awesome series.. you should most definitely watch it.
