Barely beat Tank Top Master ? No lol, go re-watch that fight. Tank Top acknowledges Garou was hiding his true strength, right before Garou knocks him out with a casual back hand fist. They’re on entirely different levels.

He wasn't using a specific fighting technique... Tank Top had the opportunity to beat him and could have at this point. He was seriously wounded by someone weaker than Genos... again, how could anyone possibly think he could hurt Saitama?

“Tank Top Tackle” + throwing punches, that was his fighting style. One of his “bros” even made a remark about how his tank top tackle was a move he had previously used to take down monsters.

Had an opportunity to beat him ? Seriously wounded ? Was this before or after Tank Top Master acknowledged Garou was hiding his true strength the entire time, & casually gets knocked out by a back hand fist from Garou.

Is Garou on Saitama’s level ? Not even close, as was shown in this episode. However, your claim that Garou “barely beat Tank Top Master” is just not true my man.

basically, he bled from tank top punches and from A rank hero attacks, no one should be expecting him to be in saitamas league right now



maybe he's the anti-hero version of saitama, but still in his pre-bald training phase

boros was god level by definition, i think he was the threat that shibabawa was talking about, just that the hero association never saw boros so they think that that specific threat is still coming

Well by "definition", for something to be classified as a God level threat, it has to be something that can exterminate all life. As Saitama makes that impossible, there can't be a God level threat. Without Saitama there though, they would have needed the #1 to beat Boros. We can assume he's insanely powerful, since he still hasn't shown up and the hero organization considers him as their trump card

if we're to believe him his attack would wipe out all life from the surface of the planet (except saitama obviously) if saitama wasn't there to block it directly, that seems like a threat to the entire human race to me

it wouldn't make sense to rate with saitama in mind anyway, because then nothing would ever be more than tiger, because he kills them before they can actually threaten the entire city, even though they clearly would be otherwise able to

Multiple cities have been destroyed with Saitama being present, so dragon ratings can and should be given out. They also seem to gage them based off their relative strength towards the higher tier of S class members. I'm with you on Blast, it seems odd that someone so powerful would stay away from these fights. Almost feels like he's a fake being used as a deterrent, more than anything else. I hope not of course. I'm hoping that eventually someone shows up that at least gives Saitama a good fight and maybe the person who beats Blast, will be the only one who can. Saitama then becomes the new #1 and hes bored out of his mind again lol.
