Hes not evil, more of an anti-hero rather. His core beliefs are correct but his methods are cruel.

That has nothing to do with the discussion. It's obvious he's the antagonist, but discussing whether he is evil or not.

Ofc he is evil, you just don't go around killing innocent people and call yourself good guy.
His awarness of being immune to the system judgement and that knowledge infusing his drive to do these deeds makes him evil imo.
