nah Amaimon is just a Weak ass, plus he was pretty scared at how powerful he was that Meph had to protect him but i dunno if that did much since Meph seemed pretty surprised when that clock thing got Sliced in half, Damn when i seen Rin face up close i was like, holy shit he's pretty out of control guess thats because Satans blood runs through him and he can't control it since he is still a kid and the power is new to him plus he is the first human born from Satan so even the other demons and probably Satan himself don't know the extent of how his powers will grow.
something tells me that this is all a ploy so that Satan can somehow open a gate using Rin since he was born in Assiah(forgot the spelling) that he will be used as somewhat as a bridge between the 2 worlds and he will take over both worlds. i dunno just thinking ahead
