its not a long clip, but it looks like a character from Higurashi no Naku, i have only watched some episodes of it and it was a while ago so i can't confirm this.

Actually that video is not mine (Clannad).

I used 5 cm per second like Rob was saying.

Its on youtube as well but the fixed 720p h264 is out for download and other stuff >.>
