Ino only had to control kinaku's mind. NOT the 9 tails. The only that can own that jutsu is a strong mind or another demon/chakrabeast within the person.

the situation was the brothers attacked the 2nd hokage and the cloud kage and several other cloud ninja in some sort of parade

the brothers fought like 2v5+ at least and during the battle they put the 2nd hokage on his death bed they kicked his ass so bad he almost died,

then some time after during the 1st world ninja war the brothers were apart of a eleite cloud group that was hunting down the 2nd and his students " the 3rd, danzou, the uchia, that chick, and some fat dude i think" and the cloud group had them pinned down and was going to kill them all so the 2nd jumped out as a decoy and attacked the group in his awesomeness and died in the process stalling enough time to allow his students to get away, that was the same time the 2nd named the sartuboi as the 3rd hokage

so one could say the brothers beat the fuck out of the 2nd hokage twice

man i wish the 2nd hokage was more badass well then again he did invent the ressurection jutsu

he shoulda ressurected hsi bro and take on the brothers

bro vs bro battle lol woulda been awesome!

bros eventually tried to take over the cloud tho i wonder who took em out and etc

just out of curiosity who u guys think is toughest general darui, kakashi, the big guy with a huge chin dotn care to learn his name or forgot:P, the samurai dude, and i guess we can incclude gaara

Leaf are stronger just because of wtf plot hacks

you will have a select few that are stronger but in general leaf > ninja world

the naruto manga has turned into a joke, the fact that kabutos fucking army even has to put up a fight against the joke of the united ninja forces or w/e they are called is a JOKE!

Kabuto can summon(as far as we know):

5x kages
5x x Jinchūrikis
5x akatsuki
23x random epic ninjas

These ninja should EASILY win against the whole ninja nation.

meh, but the ones kicking ass are the ones who were personally trained by there kages or characters we all ready know to be bad ass ,

2 junchurikis with full ability to use their demon chakra

5 alive kages

10 kage's guard's( 2 per, and don't forget these people are strong)

tactical positioning

the resurrection's can be sealed very easily


AND

all of the summons are/were well known ninja, there is alot of information about them and their techniques

having insight like that makes alot of difference
