What I look for in an anime.

Intelligent. Something that makes you think a little
Sword fighting or martial arts
science
powers in general I don't mind, but it does annoy me a little when people have unbelievable powers for no reason in animes.

Animes I have seen and liked.

Full metal alchemist

claymore
elfen lied
Naruto Shippuuden-kinda lost interest after 300episodes.
Bleach-same as above.
Trigun
Cowboy Bebop
Blood+
Darker than black

See a lot of people saying they line clannad, but from what I've read it doesn't seem like that great of an anime. Just another highschool drama one...


Edit: Been out of anime for a while. Appreciate anyone who gives me some suggestions. To my knowledge most of the shows above are fished. If I am mistaken and there are new episodes please lmk :P.

Steins;Gate ( Awesome )
Chaos;Head (screws with your head)
Samurai Champloo ( similar to Afro Samurai but a little less violent and has more comedy in it)
Afro Samurai ( Series is part 1 then movie is part 2, Awesome Music and fights )

Never heard of ghost hunt. Not much into ghost in general, but I'll check it out.
