the reason he couldn't do crap vs grimmjow hte first time was because his inner hollow was screwin him over. He would have had a good chance vs grimmjow if his inner hollow hadn't been interfering during the first fight. Well, until Grimmjow released his sword, then ichigo normal bankai would have been screwed.

I mean he could barelly keep his mask up for 11 seconds when fighting Ulquorria(sp ) in Hueco Mundo. Then all the sudden he could keep the mask up for as long as he wanted.

He did keep it up above 11 seconds, its because all the reitsu he used during the fight with ulqiorra it wore out all his strength which in turn is why he died

its really confusing whit the flashback episodes 2 determine this, imo i think he didnt unleashed all his power yet as the reason bleach made some flashback episodes which we can see ichigo improved more then expected in the human world 2 Hueco Mundo, and im not sur but i believe i saw somewhere he can hold on the hollow mask as long as he want till exhaustion.
i wish he got another inert power even powerful i would be so pumped 2 see this

Eh, i'm pretty sure it's the more he uses it the longer he is able to keep it on which is kinda wut u said, it went from 10 seconds to like a whole fight

hes like improving in evry fights hes doing, thats insane

I don't think we could really determine his power during that fight sicne he was usin all his power in 1 attack.
