Jiraiya has more power so hes a rock and obvious kakashi is strong but not as strong so hes scissors, but what if kakashi is actually paper?

Jiraiya is water elemented and kakashi is lightning elemented.
Not only that kakashi could easily counter any one of jiraiya's jutsu's
He has the mangekyo now and he has his dogs.
It will be a good fight if anything.

I already said kakashi is better, and no kakashi did not die against pain, he saved someone else and sacrificed himself.

we can never tell who's stronger than who unless they fight each other 1 vs 1 in a situation that doesn't involve any handicap on either side, and even then there would be room for speculation.
