subbed/dubbed doesnt really matter, ill go with the voices that sound better if it has both.(Usually subs, but ive found great dubs that put the subs to shame)

Monster is a dark and more mature series. Although it have nothing to do with technology and is not related to the gundam series in anyway, it deals with society, corruption, and psychology. Give it a try.
