idk, i mean even back then it was just like.. constant flamewars, trolling, who could be the bigger dick, etc.
with anime as a side dish. i mean like, when was the last time we had more than the usual 2-4 personalities dick it out over some ridiculously immaterial thing?

i have a bass sitting in storage for the past .. idk how many years, high school i guess.
never really played it, friend gave me his old one for xmas, before i bought my guitars.
not exactly quality though. sucks it'd probably cost more to lug it outta there & ship than it would to buy a new one.

Big ego's are what makes a forum fun and 99% of the posters here are too cautious and like to avoid conflict by dodging or deflecting


then again, thats like 99% of the users in any forum after I join it.

yeah, i cant even remember mine. war something or other. weirdass shape. just looks out of place haha.
what'd you plan on upgrading to? or had you not looked that far ahead.

i dont even really know the criteria to upgrade really.
prefer electrics since they're tinier & nylon strings over metal. but that sort of .. rules out the acoustic difference aspect of it all.

Well if we wanted to play somewhere without lugging alot of shit or without electricity access, you'd have to bring acoustics


but we use electrics atm.


If I had to upgrade in the near future....I'd probably grab a Fender Precision, or if I was lucky I'd try and find a 5 string Ernie Ball Musicman Stingray


but I want to loaf around some pawn shops in STL and see if there are any good vintages for cheap. Def love the sound of Rickenbackers, but they are expensive like the musicman heh.

If they weren't pieces of shit I might grab an epiphone bass since they have a shorter neck...


Or, if it wasn't expensive as hell, I'd like a Geddy Lee signature fender with the smaller neck


something about my hands and my current bass that cramps out near my thumb real bad after awhile
