Not sure if it's related to Haki.

Maybe Lucci just hit Luffy with both fists really quickly, not visible to the eye, and that's what that technique was, not haki.

That's Rokushiki, not Haki.

Although ability wise they appear extremely similar, they are however distinctly different techniques in themselves.

haki is strong against all kinds of devilfruits, remember physical attacks have little damage on luffy, such as punches and etc, but garp can hurt luffy with a simple punch due to haki


haki could have strengthened luffys attacks or defense to do more damage and take less damage

by putting haki into their attacks (whether its an elemental or physical attack) they ultimately become much more damaging.

Lol nice thought ... but sure can use the fish ability like don't know what a fish can do to hurt someone but w/e...

And honestly I would say luffy has pushed by far fighting Lucci, one thing you guys most think, is why they put lucci's fight in the 300's and croc in the 150'? it's because lucci is stronger then croc, but for haki I don't know.
