King is prob just a figurehead. Royal Guard is probably like 100x greater than the gotei 13 since it takes a captain to get promoted to royal guard. Who knows how many of them there are and how strong.

she dont have one.. its kinda easy to realise that.. we saw all captains bankai... except Commander one...i dont think she is so special...

its been said that bankai is a requirement to become captain. Zaraki is the only exception since he is kenpachi.

We still have no idea what kyouraku, ukitake, aizen, soifon, unohana, or ichimaru's bankai is. Where did you see all captain's bankais?

and about soifong.. she was several times close to dead...she had several big battles... i realy dont think she got a bankai.. expecialy because shes from a special squad!

What does haveing to be on the special squad have to do with having a bankai?

She killed that fraction in one second...you dont realise.. if she gona have a bankai also.. her powers will be very overpowered...greater than every one...
