so how does this mean that only badasses may exist in the leaf? last i checked hanzo of the hidden rain raped all 3 of the legendary sannin, pain of the hidden rain raped full out hermit mode jiraiya, haku beat sasuke, etc.... there are several badasses across the other villages too, the leaf would just seem to possess more than the others because the storyline centers around them, hence we aren't able to see the best warriors of the other villages.

and no the leaf did not possess all 1-9 beasts, hasirama senju was only able to obtain a couple of them.
