rinnegan = attract and repel objects + ability to control multiple vessels at once thus granting mastery of all elements and being able to watch your own back + bring the recently deceased back

meh, both are epic. imo the genjutsu was the only reason itachi had such an edge over most people (keep in mind 90% of the time people die before they can use their ultimate techs like susanoo)

rinnnegan is definitely better. It was even stated so. Until now, we couldnt see much about rinnegan except nagato skills (about reflecting, it wasnt his, it was that doll's ability).

kekeigenkai's were originally the use of two or more elements, so i would think the rinnegan user, someone who can use all 6 elements plus more, possesses the ability of every kekeigenkai....
