ichigos dad in some sort of mind control the quincies are ussing seems that way cuz that gate guy was attacking

and uryuu who shot the arrow

ahh yea it should make sense.. since they both know each other and since his power started to return since the wizard arc it should be quite the show now

No idea.

Another theory is that it's a stronger quincy who eliminated the other quincy for his failure and is about to beat everyone.

Rooting for Grimmjows return though.
