Naruto will inevitably fight Sasuke and near the end when Sasuke is about to do something extreme(Die, kill Naruto, or something like that)

Itachi is prolly going to have an illusion trap set for Sasuke just like how the 4th had a release set for when Naruto released too much of the Nine tails. And Itachi will end up talking Sasuke out of something(Like killing Naruto or destroying the Leaf)

But thats just my guess on what will happen / My guess on what Itachi actually gave to Naruto

Thats from the perspective of wondering what Itachi gave to Naruto though not what using Itachi's eyes will do for Sasuke.
