kabuto with all of his clones is definitely somewhere up there. if you consider kabuto = him AND his clones, he's probably roughly the same level as madara or naruto / others.


i don't believe so.. the gap really isn't that huge, i think madara, sasuke, naruto, kabuto are all around the same level more or less
other then those 4 and MAYBE BEE + hokages, everyone is pretty much the same level.. Madara has 100,000 clones of one person.. cut him some slack.
