question.. how do u make backgrounds like those? or do u just use one piece 4 background then cut out another pic.. then change opacity in placeS along with clearing out junk parts?

read some tutorials to figure this out. It is much easier than people explaining it to you.

go to the sig sections on websites and just look in there tutorial section. every tut there can help you in some way or another.
