if they broke free from the spell that means they would be breaking the seal ? and then would the soul leave the body cause no seal ? i would assume any way

no, the seal is to control them when they come back, like when orochimaru summoned the hokages and then placed a seal on them after their dialogue together

i just think 100% free willed revives are op and wouldn't work out the dude would be op beyond measure he could just run off and go on a mass killing spree and never die cause body regens etc unless some one knew a soul sealing jutsu
