Kara no Kyoukai is good too but I wouldn't go as far as to say the main char is psycho, She's pretty sweet though and it is an amazing 7 movie series full of gg action/story.

You could try ghost hound , More psychological though haha.

A lot of the antagonists sure as hell is psycho. The story is great but art style is amazing.

Been a while since I watched new anime series been rewatching alot lately and watching the new FMA when it comes on tv.
anything romance than has aired and has finished in last year half pls post.
