More breakdowns were bound to happen.

plus he was a Hikikomori type in the other world so despite his ease of going at things in this new fantasy world it's clear he would still have issues.
he see's himself as the Hero, even from the moment he appeared in the new world. (was almost like one of his games to him, prob why he went about it so easily)

His suffering continues.

maybe he'll just suicide again to refresh.
though chances are just like the first time, sleeping in a bed prob saves progress. lol
