Hmz... the permanent Sharinghan makes me think it isn't an Uchiha... Sasuke, Itachi, and in the first scenes when Itachi whipped out the Uchiha there wasn't anyone with Sharinghan... why wouldn't they use it permanently if they are able to do?

On other Side Kakashi is able to use the space-time Ninjutsu (not good but he's able to remove objects/shakra) and his Sharinghan is permanent but hidden behind is forehead protector...

That's why I question Tobi claiming to be a Uchihah.

exactly. tobi's isnt covered so i think he can deactivate it, and i feel like ive seen a scene where it was deactivated. he just usually has it active when we see him

definitely not obito. makes no sense. obito was a little boy (like 13 or something) when the kyuubi attacked. tobi was there as a full grown man. obito's death is also confirmed

I agree and also if you think about it, who was Obito's Sensei? It was the 4th Minato Uzumaki. He fought with a masked man presumed Madara which was most likely who tobi is now. So Obito couldn't have been tobi because he would have had to grow to a man in such little time against the fight with Minato. >.>
