Not even possible.Blonde hair is a recessive gene and the only way to have blonde hair is to have two parents with it, but that is only if the same genes match based on the Punnett square. The majority of the British people don't even have blonde hair. It's mostly in the Aryan race, which is around Germany and the Northern Europeans.
i'm pretty sure that's wrong since i know some ppl that have parents with blonde hair and Black/Brown and some of there kids have Blonde hair it just a really low chance since the Darker hair color is so Dominant.
and even if you have 2 parents with blonde hair there's still that chance that your kid could be born with different hair color as long as one of the parent has the dormant gene for that color.
though it you have 2 parents with the same hair color its like a 90%+ chance the kids going to come out with that color
