From the looks of it, you're not using CCCP's VSFilter nor CCCP's Haali's Splitter. But if the subs show right then it's probably your computer being too slow. What you can do is:
1. Uninstall DirectVobSub
2. Uninstall the thing where this came from: C:\Programmer\Haali\MatroskaSplitter\splitter.ax
What it SHOULD say is:
C:\Programmer\Combined Community Codec Pack\Filters\VSFilter.dll
and
C:\Programmer\Combined Community Codec Pack\Filters\Haali\splitter.ax
Instead of what you have. You're not fully utilizing CCCP, so it
might be the problem.
Also, what are your CPU specs?

There's your problem. Get CCCP. Installation instructions on the first post.
