got another little problem, i got a video with the audio/subs being out of synch, in zoom player, media player classic and wmp, but its fine when i play it in vlc, but the problem with vlc is that its really slow at loading the image, so sometime the picture just freezes and the audio keeps going, not quite sure why it happens but if you know itd be a great help if you could share it ph34r.gif

Hmm... CCCP page is temporary... So uh...
http://www.megaupload.com/?d=NTDHETQS icon_pointl.gif CCCP Insurgent

Download that, and then:
Open it
Tools > Test Render > Select the file > Copy everything > http://meltingice.pastebin.com/ > Paste into there > Give me the link.

Do this.

From the looks of it, you're not using CCCP's VSFilter nor CCCP's Haali's Splitter. But if the subs show right then it's probably your computer being too slow. What you can do is:
1. Uninstall DirectVobSub
2. Uninstall the thing where this came from: C:\Programmer\Haali\MatroskaSplitter\splitter.ax

What it SHOULD say is:
C:\Programmer\Combined Community Codec Pack\Filters\VSFilter.dll
and
C:\Programmer\Combined Community Codec Pack\Filters\Haali\splitter.ax

Instead of what you have. You're not fully utilizing CCCP, so it might be the problem.
Also, what are your CPU specs?

There's your problem. Get CCCP. Installation instructions on the first post.

So it was the other codecs screwing up? Looking at your most recent pastebin, it looks like you're not using CoreAVC anymore. If you want to use CoreAVC again, just follow the instructions in my 2nd post. By the way, what are your computer specs?
