I got a friend playing ports from ps3 on a logitech pad (he owns ps2, doesn't have ps3), so your argument about 'you can't play on keyboard' is irrelevant.

And seriously, FPS games on console? This is just ridiculous.
I could agree on such games like fighting games or football games, but definitely not FPS games.

And PC isn't only about mmo competition. Yep, I've played them for most of the time, because the level of competition was high enough to keep me intrested for quite some time, but I also enjoy RTS such as wc3, CoH, DoW2 or Sc2 or FPS games (mainly CoD4 or BC2).

Sometime ago I've read an article about why companies won't support multi-platform FPS game, so that both PC players and console players can compete together. Main argument was not that it'd be hard or whatever, but that console players would be heavily outbeat by PC players.

Yes, I'm playing on a console from time to time, but it's always to hang out with friends, drink a beer and make a FIFA or whatever tournament. That said, the percentage of casual playing on console is far more greater than in the world of pc gaming.

never said FPS is better on console, but i do know that there r alot ppl playing them on console and the community is not small and there r decent FPS games that only consoles have and PCs dont, like Halo REACH for example

Never doubted that, but there is a bigger community for most of the games on PC and there are also a lot of games only available on PC...which proves that PC games are more competitive than console games.

for me, i bought xbox360 just for blazblue which you can never enjoy on PC

bs, hisoutensoku & blazblue are completely keyboardable.

sf/tekken are arcade games. vs fighters, not the same as online mmo pvp. you're pulling party games out my ass, when i was replying vs a quote of FPS games.
fps on console? sure it's been done, but hardly well. you don't have nearly the same level of accurate control with a frigging controller that you do w/ a mouse.

but yeah you know, just totally ignore all the single player games on console.
or my point about endgame.

and really now, i don't give a shit about what the community enjoys. it's still paying $50++ to fap to your own savestate.
