na if kabuto some how got dna there is no problem

perhaps ochi got the dna and kabuto just used it cause ochi was hanging out with sasori and such and he totally infiltrated the sand and took the place as the kazakage id put money that ochi got the dna from most of these bodies and kabuto it just using them, the bigger bodies like the kages and such kabuto prob got the other ones like zabuza and jinjkuri and what not asuma etc
