This time iso something very similiar to Kyou Kara Ore Wa!! or Hareluya II BOY

90's, simple drawings with martial arts/delinquents, fighting, school life, nothing too serious.

HAS TO BE COMEDY <-- This is important

its really too bad those two awesome mangas/animes havent been completely subbed/translated yet.. although it seems both of them are in progress right now.

I started watching Ghost in the shell but it's not as good as I expected =/ I just don't like how it's kinda old I can't watch those kind of animes but the anime is pretty good just can't stand to watch those grafix =(

Uh.. Are you watching the movie or the series? Movie came out long before the TV series... dunno what is wrong with the art in the GITS movie o.O seems rather good for its time. Try watching Armitage III which came out at the same time as the GITS movie heh
Anyways.. GITS series is quite a bit newer.
