there has never been any indication who is stronger the fox or the ox

and the beast are not in order from weakest to strongest with the amount of tails, Also naruto only has half of the foxes chakara

actually in the manga they did say the more tails the stronger the beast but ofc there gunnna mess around with it and every1 is always impressed witht he fox chakra

i dont think the more tails the stronger the bijuu is

but its most likely the fox is the strongest bijuu just cause naruto is hero

i believe the chakra levels of the beast's might be the difference , and why they said the more tails the more power .
But if you have 1232312341 amounts of chakra and you use it like a child , then obviously its not being put to work .
Which is why i believe gaara > a bunch of the tailed beasts . Simply because he was able to make better use of the chakra
any person can have lots of chakra but its how you use it that matters .

naruto has like 2 abilities... i think he can put those to use better than gaara who has like 8 defense abilities that use almost all his chakra.

more tails=stronger beasts, that was said before more than 1 time i think.
