And don't worry you don't have to just "Mess" around , There is lots of awesome signature tutorials out there that you can learn stuff from.

but for some reason it looks bleached :/ did something wrong on the way i guess..
only used 1 gradientmap/fotofilter at 3 or 5% opacity oO

I do shit with photoshop, just not signature shit. And I gave a very brief explanation, of a lot of the tutorials I *tried* to read way back whenever.

I figure if I made a brief explanation to satisfy his need then I could save someone else from a longer, more drawn out explanation....thus everyones happy except you, which is the usual in this forum.

Well, I'm just going to shoot for cs4. Shouldn't be hard with google and utorrent

Messing around's the entire reason photoshopping is fun, man

But yeah, I'll make sure to watch tuts so I have structure.

Ye ive read some tuts.. however this doesnt help you always :/ For example its hard for me to know whether i use the same gradientmap/photofilter as in the tut..
seeing that i have a different render, different colors etc <--

its hard to know if the step they take in the tut is good for this render only of for all the render in that genre in general..
And also the position of the layers is never mentioned.. Its easy to say hey duplicate this and make it linear dodge and the other color dodge.. but i never know the order of the layers

its very good for a 2nd try. you have 2 different flows though that intersect eachother and kind of split the sig. also try not too use too many filters at first because youll usually end up making it monotone like this one. you can use a black soft brush over any filter layer to make the filter not apply to the parts you brush over.
