The prequel of GTO, Shounan Junai Gumi is also a pretty good read, though the translations are only at 1/2ish, chapter 90+ or something.
Try Noblesse if you liked the comic style/format of Trace, it's decent imo and the main char kicks arse from the get go for a change. Though liked Trace better.
