its safe to assume its magnetic fields i mean come one

magnetic fields come from iron and such and he is probly some how able to minuplate them at will thus being to fly like pushing to of the same magnet sends together

it makes sense he is from stone country iron is found in stone and is magnetized and he can fly

maybe the planet where naruto is is called Krypton

that would explain everything
