As in, did Renji do some shit to get something like Final Getsugatenshou? Probably not. I'd say he probably just honed the abilities of his bankai a little more, and by extension increasing all of his abilities.

needless to say but, i don't think anybody can achieve what ichigo has within the time gap from the the aizen fight to this current situation

ichigo had 2000 hours (83.3 days) of training with Zangestu
not to mention ichigo's spiritual power has the tendency to exponentially increase.

I'm curious as to what's going to become of Ichigo. I mean, is he going to be stronger than when he fought Aizen? Obviously he won't be as strong as Final GetsugaTenshou, but the level he had before that rather. Is he even gonna be able to use Getsuga Tenshou anymore? His Shikai is a bit different then before so I wonder what his bankai is gonna be like.

so how does being able to insert presence into a person/things past
give you the knowledge of everything about that person/thing

cause when kubo first wrote his powers down he didnt look back at the limits he set and just started adding more shit

What makes you say that? It's not useless. The anime probably couldn't continue if Ichigo didn't get his powers back. Of course, the manner they picked is just boring. It's more or less just a starter arc for the next part of the show. I think we're looking at something similar to Naruto Shippuden at this point in Bleach.
