maybe, that would be cool. Every time zetsu kills another ninja he can use a zetsu clone and revive him and get all secrets from all villages from them.

zetsu kept a scroll that he could summon dead bodies at will and he had several ages and colors soo i dont think he cares to much about sacrifice living people


zetsu is going to betray madara hands down

why elese did he lead the leaf to madara hide out

he's doing it for his own needs not to help the world or the leaf imo

theres too much pointing that its madara theres honestly no denying it now in my opinion

i believe if you read naruto from chapter 1 to present
you will see

he would need a shit ton of chakra for that... tobi even said it took a lot of chakra from the tailed beasts to even get that many zetsu's

honestly I don't see why he even needs an army. His plan was to control the world with the juubi, not kill all armies. He shouldn't be using up all the chakra to make 100k zetsu
