thinking about playing d2 sc for gm duels, which realm should I choose?

With my shitty connection (will have it till october, coz staying at my parents atm) I'm thinking about going eu scl/scnl.

Why have you made chars on east while you're an eu fag?

I'd go stright to nl if I had some gear on it.
90% of my acc's got either deleted or banned, so I don't really have anything to start with, except few chars to rush myself with.
