There is only a few that can use MS in the first place , and one or two actually with EMS .
the byakugan still owns , just that the sharingan is more "advanced" probably .

yo... sharingan perceives attacks of all forms... byakugan only sees almost a complete 360 and the chakra flow to attack, it doesnt have super genjutsu or anything crazy like sharingan has
