soi fons bankai was shit, it is meant to be one super powered nuke, but still didn't 1 hit#2 espada when shunsui shikaid the living fuck outta starrk

only exception is byakuya (and maybe toshiro now that more time has passed, his growth will be exponential)

Youroichi never had a zanpakutou with her. I think she's an exception for the gotie 13 divisions captain, like Zarakai, except in her case, her hand to hand combat is comparable to that of a captain
