imo this chapter was great, ichigo got his shinighami powers back which means we will see some action
in the following chapters (btw he looks much better than before and zangetsu seems much cooler) ; we got some info about rukia as well, as she now is a Lieutenant of the Thirteen Division;
plus it is now clear how Ginjo was behind Ishida's attack
well it wasnt rukias sword. she still had one on her side
