The current arc is so fillerish that it's pretty much ruined the whole manga.

I mean, Aizen in itself is a bit of a meme, so it's not like Kubo will be able to top that. So it'll either be something boring or Aizen returning. Considering all the "OMG CHARACTER X RETURNS FROM BEING POWERLESS" (Ichigo, Ishida) crap that Kubo has already pulled, it wouldn't be that unexpected if Aizen escaped or got broken out by someone.

i just think its funny how isshin n urahara r sneaking around while ichigo is dying lol

i called it. i knew that rukia was that mysterious person



also i wish kubo could think of a better way to give him his powers back than doing the same thing as the first chapters lol

arent u guys annoyed by how redundant that chapter was?

chapter 1. hey im rukia lemme stab u wit a sword n give u some powers
chapter 549. hey its rukia again.. just stabbin u wit a sword to give you more powers

my thoughts on it tho..

thats isshins sword and isshin is getting rid of his powers and giving them to ichigo so he can have zangetsu again

but why isshin couldnt stab ichigo blows my mind

are u sure that's isshin sword?
imo this chapter was great, ichigo got his shinighami powers back which means we will see some action
in the following chapters (btw he looks much better than before and zangetsu seems much cooler) ; we got some info about rukia as well, as she now is a Lieutenant of the Thirteen Division;
plus it is now clear how Ginjo was behind Ishida's attack
