You could try Black Lagoon, Blood+, Blue Gender, Cowboy Bebop, Darker Than Black, Elfen Lied, Gantz, Hellsing, Inuyasha, Kaze no Stigma, Sword of the Stranger, Trinity Blood.

That should keep ya busy.
