Tsukushima's fullbring - unlocks peoples memories.

Tsukushima really is a good guy and has been unlocking the memory blocks that ginjou has been placing on people so they can stop ginjou who wants shinigami powers to himself.
Ginjou needed to be stabbed a second time because somehow his full power was locked away by something and was unlocked by the second time he was hit.

OR kisuke fucked up again and made something too OP
