Actually it lacks a lot of the character depth Clannad has; anyone who watches Angel Beats expecting something like Clannad is probabaly going to end up dissapointed. It's still a good anime and the concept is original and interesting, but it lacks character development (too many characters for such a short anime).

Clannad is around 50 episodes long and the only one who gets proper character development is the MC.

My bad, I meant depth, not development (although there are other characters with decent character development, mainly Sunohara). With Angel Beats! it's like "oh, that's sad (or nice), but I don't really care because I had barely noticed you until this episode", Clannad on the other hand gives you time to build a bond with the characters to later play with your emotions as good and bad things happen to them.

nah man i think they drag it out too long. like with the fuko and kotomi arc was not that good and they kept dragging it out.

I finished Skip Beat! anime a while ago and I really enjoyed it but it ended kind of abruptly, I wanted to see it go on further...
Anyone happen to know what manga chapter the anime stops on and and continues from? (Also if there's stuff extra in the manga that wasnt in the anime?)

I went to bed after asking that and got up and found it was ch66 where the anime ends, but some said there's details missed in the first 66 chaps not covered in anime and reccomend reading from the start anyways. Thing is, I'm not a huge manga reader ._. oh well I'll see...

Finished the anime series K

Overall 8/10 , what a twist of plot that anime had throughout it, although I was a little dissatisfied that it was only 13 episodes long it had more then enough going on in it to make you continue to want to watch more and more., and I think it could have for surely been longer.

Haven't actually seen an anime this good in awhile.

I believe I read somewhere that a season 2 was confirmed.
