why just lucy, she could have destroyed juvia and lucy together if she really wanted to boast about her power. 1v1 with a defenseless celestial mage isnt exactly worth boasting about

Juvia should of been able to fuse with the water -_-
a bit dumb how she has physical form when her body can go water form before the 7 year gap

i think its because lucy has a soft spot even thought she can be strong, the other person i can think of that would be similar is wendy.
