Madaras shown EMS has open dots not completely filled in ones but the line that connects the dots is not that of a normal 3 wheel version in this chapter
the normal 3 wheel dosent have a solid line it has a bunch of small vertical dashes

Could be Tobis real MS or just an eye he swapped from the hundreds he has collected

but none the less its different

Kisame was working with Madara during the time of the Bloody mist, i'm looking forward to know what happened since he pretty much forgot about Madara and joined Akatsuki to finally discover that Tobi was Madara.

It sounds like one of Madara's plan must have failed during the bloody mist aswell.
